Based on the outcomes of the 15th Informal ASEM Seminar on Human Rights "Human Rights and Trafficking", ASEF will organise a policy briefing in Europe to

Exchange best practices and lessons learnt from across Asia and Europe for taking a rights-based approach to counter human trafficking
Identify emerging trends and challenges for inter-regional and intra-regional anti-trafficking efforts
Provide the current state-of-play on the advances made across Asia and Europe & identify opportunities for a multi-stakeholder approach to counter-trafficking
Present the publication of the 15th Informal ASEM Seminar on Human Rights and share findings with ASEM policy makers

This policy briefing will follow the series of policy briefings "A Rights-Based Approach to Anti-Trafficking: Lessons from Asia and Europe" organised in October 2016 in Singapore, Thailand and Cammbodia.
